As a senior finance and legal executive, my 30-year career has spanned operating company leadership, private equity, distressed debt and top-tier law firms. I have consistently delivered enhanced enterprise value in complex situations — particularly those involving growth, transformation, or capital rebalancing. I have served in C-suites, on boards of directors, in lender investment committees, and almost every other financial and legal leadership role you can think of. My long career includes positions like Senior Director at Huron Consulting Group, Partner in an AMLAW-50 law firm, General Counsel and Interim CFO at a Bain Capital Portfolio Company, and Senior Restructuring Professional at Silver Point Capital.

The consistent throughline across these roles is transformation. Whether scaling a consumer brand, stabilizing a distressed industrial, building investor trust at a startup or negotiating multi-billion dollar restructurings, I have operated as a stabilizer, growth architect and strategic integrator. My diverse background is the modern CFO track: cross-functional, capital-savvy, legally astute and execution-oriented…The Transformational CFO.

I married fellow CPA (and the love of my life), Corinna, who I met in auditing class – how’s that for romantic? I’m the proud father of four boys who range from middle school through (alleged) adult. Despite my failed attempt to make it to MLB, I enjoy umpiring baseball and motorcycle riding when the beautiful NY weather permits.
